Our projects

Our permanent projects

The MADO Project

The project of the local association MADO has as its mission not only to provide academic training as a primary school, but also to give shelter and hope to orphaned or abandoned children, as well as to children who, due to vulnerable circumstances, have to live separated from their parents, children from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.

The Kagorogoro Child Grow Support Center Project

The second and most recent project that we support at Saving Dreams Int’l, Kagorogoro Child Grow Support Center (KCGC), was founded by Mrs Komuntale Yvonne Agnes Donal. She started out feeding the neediest children at the school where she works, until she felt she had to help more deeply. She sold half of an inherited piece of land to buy a plot of land near the area where she works as a teacher.

Our specific/temporary projects

Although the projects we support are mainly focused on the new generations, we are not insensitive to other types of needs when they arise. For this reason, we did not want to end this document without first indicating that we also support various specific aid programs, through trusted contacts in the affected areas, who inform us in real time of any specific need, so that we can evaluate the possibilities of our involvement.

  • Following the torrential rains in Pakistan in June and August 2022 that caused the death of many people and the destruction of many, many homes, we set out to help to the best of our ability. We concentrated our aid to several villages in Punjab, such as Chuharkana. Adequate amount was donated to buy bags of non-perishable food to feed a family of 6-7 members for 15 days. We were able to help about 50 families.

  • After the earthquakes that struck Turkey on February 6, 2023, we decided to do our bit. Our local contact managed to use the aid for a team from Spain that was on site setting up tents, distributing food, cooking for the victims.

Information and awareness raising

In addition, we intend in the future to launch an information and awareness campaign within the various secular or religious organizations and local communities, in order to give greater visibility to the various projects of the association and to give them the opportunity to collaborate on a voluntary basis, either financially or logistically. In this way, the republican values of equality, liberty and fraternity are promoted in the communities visited, exporting these values to the regions in which SDInt’l operates.

Important !

The various collaborations that Saving Dreams International will establish with local organizations and structures shall never be used for the purpose of exclusion, violence, aggression towards human beings or nature, nor will they be used to participate in any political ideology. All these points involve educational, social, cultural/sports, agricultural and sanitary development projects, to promote inclusion or reintegration into the local society of all people, regardless of their social or economic status, gender, ethnicity.

In SDInt’l we do not want barriers. That’s why our projects are not limited to a geographic region.

We are convinced that our mission is to have an impact on every generational stratum in a vulnerable situation, in any of its manifestations.

It is true that the most vulnerable are often the youngest generations, and the future of a country lies in its ability to make their dreams come true. That is why we want to convince them that, if they have the capacity to dream it, they have the ability to achieve it. We want to be that channel of motivation and help so that this premise becomes more than just a declaration of good intentions.
